Pulivendula — In a significant development, Pulivendula police have confirmed that the case filed by Krishna Reddy, the personal assistant to the late former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, was false. The case, which was initially registered on December 15, 2023, against YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter, YS Sunitha, her husband Rajasekhar Reddy, and CBI SP Ram Singh, has now been officially dismissed following a thorough investigation.
The complaint, filed by Krishna Reddy, had led to serious allegations against the individuals named. However, after a detailed investigation by Pulivendula police, it has been concluded that the charges were baseless and lacked merit.
In accordance with the investigation’s findings, Pulivendula DSP recently submitted the final charge sheet to the Jammalamadugu court, as the Pulivendula magistrate was unavailable due to leave. The charge sheet noted that 23 witnesses were examined during the investigation process, which helped clarify the truth behind the complaint.
The case, which had initially sparked widespread speculation, is now officially closed, with the authorities confirming that the allegations made by Krishna Reddy were unsubstantiated. This latest development marks a crucial turn in a case that had attracted significant attention in the region.
