Officials Fail to Address Child Deaths in tribal Region

AP – Alluri Sitharamaraju Dist. Hookampeta: In a tragic incident in the Mandal, several children died due to a mysterious illness with symptoms of severe cough. On Sunday night, a child fell ill and passed away, surrounded by concerns and complaints. The grieving parents, Gemmeli Bhimeshwararavu Nagamani’s  Doughtier , have been suffering for three months. On Saturday evening  sad expression on their faces, unable to bear the pain of losing their child. The sorrowful shadows have enveloped the village. Disturbed by the sudden outbreak of diseases, the parents are appealing to the district medical and health officials for immediate attention. Multiple villages in the Mandal have been experiencing child deaths. The deaths continue to occur due to the lack of intervention by the district medical authorities. Tribal Association  leaders have blamed T. Krishna Rao for the deaths and criticized the inefficiency of the government health department in addressing the deaths of children. Unless immediate action is taken to address the deaths, they have warned of organizing protests with the affected individuals.
