Prakasam District / Pernamitta: The district volleyball tournament held at the Zilla Parishad High School was inaugurated on Friday by B. N. Vijay Kumar, the MLA of the Santanuthalapadu constituency. During the event, he spoke about the importance of sports to the students.
The MLA emphasized, “One must excel not only in education but also in all sports. Every student should strive to study well and achieve a good position in the future.” He pointed out that sports provide numerous job opportunities and encouraged the school staff to prioritize sports alongside education.
The event was attended by various dignitaries, including Kandukuru Babu, the constituency coordinator of Janasena, Education Committee Chairperson Shrilatha, MEO, the principal, Saraswati College Chairman Ramana Reddy, Karicheti Srinivasa Rao, Ivaram Govind, Vasu Palli Venkateshwar Reddy, Edara Vishnu, Pernamitta Pavan, Tanneeru Venkata Rao, Pattipati Srinivasa Rao, Kaila Srinivasa Rao, along with TDP and Janasena leaders, teachers, and students.
